The J Theory is a youth led project offering free menstrual health workshops and personalized relief kits for girls ages 9 to 15 in Miami. We believe periods deserve honesty, dignity, and support and that young people are powerful enough to lead the change.

About

This project is built from real experience. After years of figuring things out on my own, I realized what I needed most was what most girls never get guidance and someone who gets it. So I started The J Theory to give others what I wish I had.

Workshops & Kits

We offer 30 45 minute workshops for girls 9 to 15. We talk openly about period pain, what’s normal and what’s not, and how to take care of your body. Everyone leaves with a free kit packed with comfort items like pads, heating patches, wipes, and love.
